I
am losing faith in the way that medicine is
practiced in this country. There seems to
be a great emphasis on medical therapy and
prescription use, without much concern or
discussion of possible medication side effects.
Having
experienced unpleasant side effects on three
different SSRIs, not to mention withdrawal
symptoms while coming off two of them, I have
to question the conventional wisdom of putting
people on antidepressants or other psychotropic
medications at the drop of the proverbial
hat.
Hypnotherapy
enabled me to get control over my sleeping
patterns to the point where I discovered that
I may not need as much sleep as previously,
and that I have an abundance of energy I had
not thought possible I am living a life that
I thought was impossible just a couple of
months back.
I
have hope and positive expectations, and feel
that I now have the energy to live the life
I am supposed to live. Thank you for your
time and care.
Sincerely
and gratefully,
Sandra
